Latex is sprayed on both sides of the sheet forming a rubberized sheet. Needled Rubberized coir sheets are made by using the needled method and no chemical processes or agents are applied during coir sheet production. Needled Rubberized Coir Sheets have antifungal and antiallergic properties. Natural Coco Coir prevents bedsore, absorbs water and human sweat and, at the same time, supports and regulates natural air flow inside the mattress. Rubberized coir pads are most often used in furniture and upholstery branches for coating the mattress construction and to ensure proper ventilation and mattress hardness. Special types of rubberized coir pads are also used as ground for plants.
